What is reinstatement work?
Reinstatement means returning a rented property to its original condition at the end of a lease, as required by most Singapore tenancy agreements. It typically includes removing partitions, ceilings, flooring, carpentry and M&E installations, then patching, painting and cleaning before handing back to the landlord.
How much does reinstatement cost in Singapore?

How long does reinstatement take?

Do you handle building management and landlord approvals?
Yes. We prepare method statements and work permits, liaise with building management or MCST on work hours and lift bookings, and attend the final joint inspection with your landlord.
